Factsys adds the EPC payment QR code to all its invoices
App3 provides the online solution Factsys, an easy and light invoicing software tool. It is developed and optimized for small businesses and consultancy companies to create invoices, credit notes and quotations. It also enables companies to manage their customers and timesheets.
Getting paid faster, on a more regular basis, and at a lower cost is the dream of every company. Factsys wanted to help its clients on these subjects and therefore integrated the EPC QR code into its invoicing module.
Like Digiteal, Factsys believes in European standards. This is why the QR code was added by default to all the invoices sent from Factsys.
Customers who pay their invoices using the QR code can pay much faster and without errors. How? Because the QR code contains all the information required for the payment, no more encoding! Thanks to that, the companies that receive the payment always collect the right amount and the right communication. This makes the accounting work much easier: they can always match payments with invoices perfectly.

When creating the invoice, Factsys communicates with Digiteal about the total amount of the invoice, the bank account to be transferred to and, if applicable, the communication associated with the payment, after which Digiteal generates the QR code. The rest is easy, scan to pay!
As you can see looking at the generated QR Code, you have several payment possibilities: using the KBC/CBC, Belfius or the Digiteal mobile app. As Digiteal is a certified payment institution, the clients of Factsys can easily activate Digiteal’s services. This will allow them to receive payments from any bank account in the SEPA zone.
